On July 28, 2022, the last batch of after-sales service teams also returned to China, completed 28 days quarantine and returned to company smoothly.



When stay abroad, in addition to contacting Fanqun headquarters, after-sales sometimes have to coordinate with our foreign subvendors and go to the site together for commissioning,overcoming the language barrier. When there were multiple of interfaces, there once were subcontractors from Germany, Italy, Finland and China  these 4 countries at the same time, who execute commissioning with Fanqun's staff. They cooperate with each other, and have get used to work overtime and stay up late during test.



Since the epidemic in 2019, there have been many restrictions on travel at home and abroad, and Fan Qun's after-sales service has faced unprecedented challenges.
 
Fan Qun's projects are distributed all over the country,even like the remote provinces Tibet,not to mention overseas projects. The quarantine policies set by various localities are different, and the epidemic situation repetitively comes alive. Generally, it is a must to isolate for a period of time after one mission. Personnel utilization cannot be 100%. However, projects are waiting for no one, production is waiting for no one, projects have strict milestones, and the dispatch of after-sales personnel is under great pressure in the face of force majeure such as the epidemic.
 
Among these pressure, for overseas projects, overseas passports is restricted to release, and it is difficult to get one ticket for air tickets, and the price soars. In addition to the epidemic, embassies of various countries in China have been unable to accept visa applications normally in the past two years.
 
In the face of all this, Fan Qun actively responded, negotiated the dispatch time with domestic owners, optimized the travel route, reported in advance, and expanded the number of after-sales service personnel. With foreign customers, we strive for border clearance and petition for passport and visa issuance, and try our best to promote after-sales service. From the beginning of the epidemic to August 2022, overseas projects have implemented after-sales services in Japan, India, Thailand, Finland, South Africa and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Changzhou Fanqun has been established for more than 30 years and always respects the spirit of contract. After sales service, as an important part of the project, never dares to slack off. As an individual of after-sales service, she/he has always abandoned ego to serve the company, gave up holidays, gave up time to get together with family, overcome difficulties, and appeared at the project site.
